In most cases, an Afro-Canadian patient does not want to have a Caucasian nose after surgery. We offer a surgery that leaves a more “normal†afro-Canadian nose.
When the tip droops to an extreme degree, people dislike the ‘witches’ nose appearance it creates and often want droopy nose tip surgery to correct it.
