Dr. Rick Hoover is based in Gautier, MS and has been in practice for almost 25 years. He received his Medical Degree from Nova Southeastern University College in 1994. He is deeply integrated with the community and is often part of group efforts such as soup kitchens or overnight housing for the homeless. Currently, he is affiliated with Singing River Hospital and Merit Health Biloxi for treatment of opiate addition.
