Introduction
Qualifications: I am a medically qualified doctor who specialises in whole person medicine, a form of brief psychotherapy called Provocative Therapy and natural therapy alternatives.
Time: It is important to me that patients receive as much time as they need with me and patients should have all their questions answered before leaving my rooms.
Provocative Therapy is the art of using humour and reverse psychology in brief psychotherapy. I find it a useful way of helping people with many issues including relationship issues (including not being in a relationship and wanting to be in one!) losing weight, dealing with addictions, lack of confidence, self-esteem etc.
Natural Therapies: I use Autogenic Training as a powerful method of stress management and prevention and have also studied many forms of whole person medicine including naturopathy and homeopathy.
What sort of patients consult me? Mainly patients who want a doctor who is medically qualified but also interested in dealing with people as a whole so he can choose the most appropriate treatment plan from both areas.
