Over looking Hanoi's West Lake, don's is a multi-concept bistro serving classic and innovative international cuisine. The focus is on local produce, quality imports and the utmost in service. Don's is a destination in itself for dining, leisure, and business.

Established in 2009, don's is a relative newcomer to the Vietnam dining scene. Under the expertise of Chef and General Director Donald Berger, it comes with a developed following and well-known reputation. Berger and his team draw on Berger's many years of experience on the international culinary circuit. The high standards and quality he introduced during his ten years in Hanoi at the Press Club and Vine are being used and improved upon in Berger's newest venture.

While I obviously loved Vine, it was time to grow and do what is obvious to me but new for the market.
