Over 60 years ago, after migrating from Italy, the DeDominick family settled into Utica New York's East side. The Italian neighborhood was warm & welcoming & the family quickly assimilated to life in America.
Mr. DeDominick, the talented cook & skilled businessman, fulfilled his American dream & opened a restaurant named The Chesterfield, which he ran successfully until 1988. The business was then sold to its current owners, the Borruso Family, who promised to keep the name & the honor the DeDominick family tradition of fine food, friendly atmosphere & exceptional service.
