Introduction
Dolphins Medical Ltd is a Nursing Agency recruiting Registered General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, Learning Disability Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers for the NHS, private clients and residential and care homes. We will soon be be increasing our specialty to include Midwives and Allied Health Professionals.
We provide staff on both a temporary and permanent basis allowing us to meet all of your recruitment needs. Permanent staff are provided at a flat rate of 10% of the annual salary.
With a robust recruitment process in place which follows our Staff Selection and Recruitment Policy we are able to engage with prospective staff and ensure that they are compliant and competent to be of service. The process comprises of following the guidelines in checking the right to work for all our staff and ensure that they all have a valid DBS. We have also partnered with Occupational Health Professionals for pre-employment health screening to ensure that our staff are cleared to work within the NHS. Competency is ensured through verification of experience through positive references and mandatory training which they undertake through our dedicated training provider.
