Introduction
Since 2006, Doctors Home Visits is a unique practice that provides primary care medical services to patients in their own homes who are homebound due to chronic illnesses and/or disabilities. Patients are seen in the privacy of their homes or assisted/independent living facilities in Hamilton, Bradley, Rhea, Marion, Sequatchie, Bledsoe, and Meigs counties. As the elderly population is growing rapidly, the need for this service is greatly needed.
