This new 675,000 square-foot, 16-story building, which was developed by Boston Properties and Rudin Development, boasts unobstructed views of both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Designed by S9 Architecture, this new waterfront building features exquisite amenities, which include a second floor fitness center, rooftop conference center and bike valets.
