Dewpoint's core business is focused on affordable, automated, 360° no touch air and surface decontamination using technology endorsed by the healthcare, pharmaceutical and food industries.
Whether identifying an outbreak or planning remedial action the critical challenge is detecting the root cause of the situation. Dewpoint takes a holistic approach when liaising with clients to identify all potential contributory factors on which to base an intervention strategy.
Once we have established and identified the root of the problem, Dewpoint uses this knowledge to plan the most appropriate form of decontamination.
At Dewpoint we see the protection of you and your clients as our number one priority. Using validated and proven technology we provide the highest standards of environmental and surface decontamination available.
How we work
Call out - Either an initial visit to discuss requirements or a direct request to decontaminate a certain area. There is no call out charge for visits which do not entail decontamination.
Planned Maintenance - A contract for a specific number of call outs per year or a plan of specific dates for work to be carried out.
Terminal Cleaning - Additional to our decontamination process we terminally clean areas (deep clean) prior to decontamination if the client does not have sufficient in-house facilities.
Training - Courses covering all aspects of infection control, cleaning and decontamination by trained and respected Microbiologists. These courses can be tailored to specific audiences. They are all based in the real world with practical demonstrations and hands on workshops.
Technology
Our innovative technology is validated as bactericidal, virucidal, sporicidal and fungicidal which delivers impressive log reduction efficacy against such pathogens as:
- CPE
- MERS
- MRSA
- Clostridium Difficile
- Norovirus
- Aspergillus Niger
The treatment process typically takes less than one hour (dependent on target room size) after which safe entrance is permitted with no further preparations required.
All Dewpoint processes are fully validated and endorsed with a certificate upon completion.
