The quality of the house is also good. provided the play ground area, swimming pool , Availability of nearest market and online shopping store makes it more worthy , price are also pocket friendly.

I am an old client of Devika and now again I have invested at Devika Group’s Raj Nagar project. I really like the quality and the architecture of Devika Group. I have recently booked a property in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad in a project of Devika Builders. The prime reason of choosing Devika Builders was that their prices suited me the best and I got the kind of home that I had been looking for.
