Introduction
Detecto Evaluation is responsible for the visual inspection of more than 500 pools and spas each year on behalf of Canadian insurers. Our role is to provide unbiased appraisal following a given disaster of the cause and damage costs. Each pool and spa is fully inspected and each element is studied and judged on specific factors. Our assessor aims to differentiate sudden factors that are involved in a disaster, those who belong to the gradual wear and tear.
