I have been passionate about all things Health for as long as I can remember. I have suffered from my own fair share of injuries, pains and niggles which has been instrumental in growing as a Therapist. I am constantly driven to get better, to learn, to attend workshops, courses, and apply my knowledge and experience not only on my clients but myself also. I love solving problems, helping and empowering people to get better.
