He soon explored Asia's flavors and discovered the perfumes of Thai Cuisine.
Once he decided to make his passion into profession, he went to the world's Mekka of Culinary Arts: Lyon in France. He learned french gastronomy at the world famous "Institut Paul Bocuse".
