At Davis Landscape Architecture our primary aim is to provide our clients with robust design solutions that exceeds their expectations whilst addressing the needs of a commercial market place. We are landscape architects with a strong design emphasis and pride ourselves on finding interesting bespoke solution that are sensitive to the local context for each project. We strongly believe the quality of our public and shared spaces have a real impact on the overall quality of our lives and ultimately an impact on society itself.
Our landscape architects design in a sustainable manner in a way that protects and enhances our wildlife and biodiversity, working with other consultants to achieve this aim. The management of surface water run off is a key component of may of our designs and working closely with civil engineers we often achieve this by adopting the principals of sustainable urban drainage (SUDS).
Our design services include landscape architecture, landscape planning, urban design and master planning. Our design outputs include information for planning submissions, information to satisfy planning conditions, tender information and construction information. Our landscape architects are able to monitor the on site works once the project is on site. We are experience in public consultation. In addition we are able to produce various reports including open space assessments, Landscape and Visual Assessments (LVIA), planning design statements management plans and maintenance plans. Our landscape architects are experience in residential developments, business developments and parks, mixed-use developments, office developments and parks, public realm and schools landscape design.
