David Clarke Estate Agents

We’ve been helping people move in Herne Bay and East Kent since my father David set up the business in 1968.
More than 53 years on, and despite the world changing enormously, we’re still family-owned and independent, and our approach to looking after clients is still the same – we work hard and with honesty to get our clients the best results.

Over the years, we’ve won several awards for the level of service we provide, and we’ve built a team of local people who have more than 70 years of estate agency experience.

We’ve helped thousands of people sell their home successfully, and hundreds of landlords manage their properties profitably.

We could tell you about our awards, our industry qualifications, our track record of success or how we’ve used the latest technology to help our clients.

But we think our Google Reviews, client testimonials, proven track record and that 50 per cent of our business comes from recommendations tells its own story.

We’ve survived and thrived over five decades because of something simple – we genuinely care.

We do everything you’d expect from a leading local agent and a whole lot more.

If you’re thinking of selling or renting out a property locally, call us on 01227 362248 or visit our office at 112 High Street, Herne Bay, CT6 5JY. We’re here to help in any way we can.
