Dr. David A. Bottger is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A Philadelphia native, Dr. Bottger received his training at the University of Cincinnati and the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he gained comprehensive experience performing aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
