We provide our clients with simple but comprehensive reports on surveys carried out on properties highlighting any damp and or timber problems there may be. We also include recommendations on how to rectify any issues regarding damp ingress due to penetrating damp, rising damp and/or condensation or solutions to timber decay due to woodworm infestation, dry rot or wet rot.
