Sports massage treats sport-specific muscles using massage and assisted stretching to improve your recovery time, your performance and to help you avoid injury.

Deep tissue massage helps over-used and long-damaged muscles to re-align and repair; this can be part of another treatment, or on it's own can be a great way to relax and relieve stress.

Dave Wheeler holds a BTEC Level 5 in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy. This is currently the highest recognised level of qualification in the field in the UK.
