Dustin received his Certified Graduate Remodelers (CGR) Certification from the Home Builder's Association, Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) from the Home Builder's Association, Lead Safe Certification, Building Analyst Professional & Envelope Professional from Building Performance Institute. Dustin has attended the Air-Vent Attic Ventilation seminar every year since 2014.
As General Manager of a previous employer, Dustin was very involved with Remodeler's Advantage Roundtables and was named meeting VIP for valuable insight and support of fellow Roundtable members, voted on by fellow Roundtable Members.
Dustin served on the Board of Directors of the Remodeler's Council of the Fox Valley Home Builders Association, was a member of the St. Charles Noon Rotary and served on the Board of Directors. Dustin has served his church in various roles from Chair of Staff-Parish Committee, member of the Finance Committee and has served as Trustee; including Trustee Treasurer.
