Demotel is located along Jalan Bukit awi towards Jalan Bukit Mertajam. Around this motel there are more than 5 restaurants. About 1.5 km away, there is a mosque for muslim and about 4 km a Sik temple namely Gurundra Sahib is located for sik people to pray.The motel features free internet access in public places. Free parking is available. The air-conditioned rooms each come with a cable TV . The motel provide an ensuit bathroom for each room. In the motel , we are having 8 rooms in which 4 rooms are queen size bed room, 1 room with 3 single bed, 1 King size bed room and 1 family room with a king size bed and a single bed. The motel offers 24 receptionist , room service at 1pm to 5 pm . An iron and extra pacages ( towel,matrress,pillow and blanketl ) are available upon request and it is add on service.A bus station located about 10 minute from Demotel. You can also get taxi there.
