DBH Castlemill

Castlemill has recently been refurbished to provide modern and flexible office space to serve the needs of any organisation. Due to Castlemill's highly accessible location in the heart of the Black Country, complete with on-site parking, the centre provides organisations in the West Midlands with the ideal environment from which to operate.

The centre has a range of accommodation types, ranging from open plan wings (30 to 100 workstations), and large suites (up to 20 workstations), through to smaller offices (1 to 10 workstations). There is 24 hour access to the building, with a professional on-site team including a manned reception during office hours.

Extensive refurbishment was completed in December 2008, and Castlemill now benefits from a range of brand new meeting room facilities to accommodate up to 24 delegates - perfect for interviews, board meetings, training sessions and presentations. In addition, the centre is able to provide conference facilities which can hold from 50+ delegates depending on the layout. These meeting rooms and conference facilities are available from as little as £10 per hour + VAT, and can be hired by customers with offices in our centres and by organisations from outside the centre. Meeting room hire on an hourly or daily basis is more economical than rooms charged on a per delegate basis. A number of catering options are available in addition to the normal tea, coffee and water refreshments.

The centre also provides a Virtual Office or Mailbox only service, both of which provides you with a prestigious business address to use on company stationary, business cards and your website. The Virtual Office facility also provides you with a dedicated DDI number where your calls are answered professionally in your company name, giving the illusion of an office. The call can be transferred through to you or a message can be taken and forwarded onto you by emai. This service is perfect if you want to give the impression of having an office or would like your calls to be answered professionally in your company name for you, but you don't want to pay for space you don't need.
