Introduction
Cubitt's Granny Flats and Home Extensions ( formerly, Ian Cubitt’s Classic Home Improvements) is proudly an Australian, family owned and operated business. Over 25 years, we have built a team with some of the best and most reliable tradesmen in the industry, and have become the trusted name in delivering Granny Flats and Home Extensions for customers across NSW and the ACT. Our extensive experience has allowed us to perfect the process of designing and building a wide range of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom Granny Flat models. Unlike most other companies, our floorplans are completely flexible, and we offer customised solutions which are tailored to your individuals needs and lifestyle.
