Introduction
Cru restaurant is 100% vegan, raw and gluten free. We are nestled centrally within the east side Los Angeles arts community, which is quickly becoming a destination for vegans, raw food enthusiasts, and uncompromising epicures, alike. Using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, we fuse old school culinary rigor with living foods, and gluten free principles; creating singular, elegant vegan cuisine. All dishes and desserts are prepared in house to ensure quality, continuity and cohesion. Head chef Sebastien Le Tutour is bringing his 18yrs. of experience in French Cuisine and fusing it with raw food. We always have a list of daily specials that include appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts, so be sure to ask your server or check the blackboard. Cru is, was, and always will be BYOB, with free corkage. We welcome you to join us as we passionately create delicious raw food cuisine. Our goal is to excite, inspire and delight new comers to raw food, veterans to raw veganism, and passersby, bringing health and vitality with pleasure and joy, adding further dimension to our collective vision. 1521 Griffith Park Avenue, Silverlake CA 90026
