Our core mission has always been to make a cross-sectoral impact through leadership, purpose, and performance with the aim of delivering the best customer experience. We opened our doors in Brooklyn in 2014, partnering with Verizon to focus on increasing their reach in the New York market and achieved quick success as we expanded into Long Island City and Queens in 2016. By 2018 we were opening five new locations, including New Rochelle, New York, Orlando and Miami, Florida, Chicago, Illinois, and Towson, Maryland. The drive to continue growing and adapting to the current needs of our partners allowed us to keep setting our sights higher, and 2019 was a banner year for Crosstown Solutions. Beginning in January 2019, we started our partnership with Inspire, and as the year progressed, we opened a second office in Orlando, Florida. Offices in the New York boroughs, Columbia, Maryland, and Staten Island, New York soon followed, and we wrapped up the year by winning the Number One Producing office in the nation, a title we couldn’t be prouder to hold.
