Crossroads Medical Center was established in Boulder, Colorado in 1998 by Dr. Carl Moritz. We are proud to be one of the few remaining independent urgent cares, women's health and family practices in Boulder, CO, that are not owned by a hospital or large healthcare group. Our philosophy is personalized medicine, where we treat each patient as the unique individual they are. Practicing personalized medicine empowers our patients, and allows us to maintain our elite customer service. We were awarded the Patient Choice Award (2011-2016), and the Compassionate Doctor Award (2011-2017). At Crossroads, we are proud to provide excellent care to the Boulder community.
