Introduction
I'm a Career Change Coach helping people who are feeling stuck in their job and want to get out. We will work together to identify what it is that you want to do and how you can go about getting it.
Through private 1-1 coaching, we will look in detail at what you love to do, what your strengths are and what your values are. We'll then establish what it is you would like to do next and set about painting a clear picture of what that would entail and how you would feel doing that.
We'd then develop a clear, structured, action plan for you to work out the steps you need to take to get there. We'd look at any blocks or barriers you might have and work together to overcome them. Once you have a clear understanding of what you want to do and are taking steps to get it, I can help you with reviewing your CV and helping you improve your interview skills. I can also offer you a mock interview to prepare for your dream job interview.
I also offer online workshops for people who want to come together in a group to go through the same process and have support, ideas and tips from each other. Being part of a group will also help with keeping you on track to achieve your goals by having to be accountable to the group each week.
