CranioHealth

Craniosacral therapy developed from this early discovery of the body's craniosacral rhythms. The therapy is based on the practitioner making a very refined engagement with these subtle body rhythms, which in turn re-ignites your body's healing processes at both a holistic and cellular level. There are many conditions that respond well to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, as the therapy allows your own 'body intelligence' to lead the process in moving your body's systems back to their inbuilt 'blueprint' of health. Some of the conditions that can benefit from Craniosacral Therapy: allergies, arthritis, asthma autism, back/neck pain, birth trauma, bone/joint disorders, breathing disorders, cerebral palsy, chronic fatigue, dental/jaw trauma, depression, digestive problems, emotional problems, exhaustion, frozen shoulder, headaches, hormonal problems, hyperactivity insomnia, joint pain, ME, migraine, MS, PMS,menstrual pain, muscular pain, nervous disorders, neuralgia, sciatica, sinus congestion, sprains/sports injuries, stress ,stroke ,TMJ disorders , visual disturbances.
