Introduction
At Covenant Family Solutions we help to strengthen families through the pursuit of wellness. Strong families are the foundation of healthy communities. We offer both therapy and medication management services to serve your mental and behavioral health needs.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
We provide traditional individual therapy for a wide range of mental health needs. You may seek therapy for any concerns affecting your life including low self-confidence, depression, and anxiety.
COUPLES THERAPY
When there are a million things to focus on, relationships can get placed on the back burner. Couples therapy gives you and your partner time to connect and work on yourselves.
FAMILY THERAPY
When we feel as though we are not communicating with members of our family, it can cause stress. If your family is struggling, a therapist can help you learn new ways to work through every day issues.
PLAY THERAPY
Children often are unable to talk about what they think and feel or why they misbehave. Play therapy allows children to express their emotions naturally in a safe and supportive environment.
TELETHERAPY
Teletherapy is a convenient option for people who struggle to find time to make it into the office for traditional therapy. It can also be helpful for those who live in an area where there are few mental health providers.
SCHOOL-BASED THERAPY
Through our school-based programs, we are able to offer services directly at your child’s school. Our providers meet with your child during the school day. We work together with your child's teachers.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) may help those recovering from trauma. It focuses on symptoms of emotional distress from life experiences and works to activate natural healing.
