The small township of Spalding is nestled between several freshwater rivers & provides fishing enthusiasts a chance to fly fish for trout on the Broughton River. We are proud to support Fly Fish Australia with annual competitions on the Broughton. Just North of the Clare Valley, Country bakehouse is an ideal central venue for short drives to neighbouring historic towns of Burra, Jamestown & Crystal Brook & provides a gateway to several historic towns in the Lower Flinders Ranges. When planning a walk or bike ride on the Mawson & Heysen trails, Country bakehouse offers small groups the perfect venue.
