Introduction
I provide short and long term Psychodynamic/CBT therapy. I work within BACP ethical framework. Sessions range anywhere from 6 to 16 or more if clients feel the need. Therapy enables clients to have a deeper understanding of their unconscious motivations. I work with individuals who present with anxiety, stress, depression, loss, bereavement, addiction, anger, trauma, childhood, abuse, identity issues, gender, low self-esteem, confidence, age, panic, disability, phobias, OCD, PTSD and relationship issues.
