Sam Costanzo, born in Calabria, Italy, moved to the United States in 1966 and after honing his craft as a masonry specialist he went into business for himself. Over the next 40 plus years, Sam became well known in the community for his fine craftsmanship and pleasant personality. Steven Fahey, who is like a son to Sam, began working in the industry at a very young age. Steve decided to venture out of his comfort zone and joined the Concrete Finishers Union Local 592 where he became a master concrete finisher and was a foreman for one of the top union concrete companies in the Philadelphia area. After gaining 12 years of experience with the union Steve returned to work for the family business and became an integral part of Sam's company. His leadership abilities and fine craftsmanship coupled with his attention to detail and customer service are bar none. Sam Costanzo has been servicing his clientele with outstanding craftsmanship for decades. With confidence, he is leaving his name in the good hands of Steven Fahey, who is the principle owner of Costanzo & Fahey Masonry Contracting, LLC. Steven, with the same loyal employees, is fully equipped to bring the next generation of masonry craftsmanship to our local communities.
