Cook & Cook is a tax, business, and estate planning law firm in Mesa, Arizona. Our representation of business clients often begins with the formation of a business entity and continues through the development and growth of the business to sale of the business or transfer to the next generation. However, we also represent clients on single business and personal matters. Many of our clients are retired or salaried employees who need assistance with income tax and estate planning matters.
