Convert Your Property (formerly Freeform Construction) was formed by Jim Allsop in 2002 with the purpose to initially provide a wide range of services throughout the construction industry including house conversion Manchester area.

We undertake projects such as:

-Property Refurbishments
-Structural Work

We work on one project at a time from start to finish and never have several jobs in process at once. As of now we have completed works in our stated time frame provided before commencing works. 100% of our buildings have passed building regulations and we offer a 10-year insurance backed guarantee (which even covers your deposit!).

Building and Construction is our speciality and is what we do best with several hundred completed projects in across the North West region with every one completed on time and completion certificates issued from the local borough council. Whilst we specialise in garage conversions, over the years we have completed several hundred construction projects.
