Our renowned Herb Garden, with its collection of 400 varieties, is a visitor attraction in its own right. Along with the kitchen garden, it is harvested daily by our chefs to enhance our menus, which celebrate locally sourced, seasonal produce. It is this unique privilege that informs our culinary approach. We are delighted to hold 2 AA rosettes for our food quality.
