All computer repairs and upgrades managed by Morty, (former head-technician of Computers Zone in Mill Hill) who has over 18 years of experience in the I.T. Industry and graphic design.

Much of our work comes from word-of-mouth recommendations as we have always done the extra work to ensure the client is satisfied and the job is done properly.

Our "No Fix - No Fee" policy means you don't spend anything if we can not repair your computer or if your repair is not feasible.

We believe that some computer repair jobs simply cannot be done quickly if they are to be done properly. Hardware diagnostic tests, file corruption scans and spyware removal can take hours and hours - much of the time the engineer can be working on another job whilst a scan is running.

We believe in charging on a 'per job' and not 'per hour' basis to be fair to our clients.

We will not try to sell you unnecessary parts - we don't sell hardware. We can however advise you on what to purchase or purchase components on your behalf, if and when required to do so.

We're here to offer honest advice and help without the 'technical jargon' (unless you really want it!). We are steadfast in our desire to offer our clients the best.
