Introduction
Coley Hennessy Cassis Ewasko has been providing legal services to Edmonton and surrounding areas since 1978. Our offices are conveniently located in South Edmonton. Our firm is comprised of two highly qualified lawyers and an experienced support team of legal assistants. Our knowledge, experience, and dedication allow us to provide highly effective and cost efficient legal representation. Our firm's billing practices vary depending on the type of work we are retained to do. Real estate transactions, uncontested divorces, and simple wills are usually handled or prepared on a fixed fee basis. Accident claims are usually handled on a contingency fee basis meaning you only pay if we are successful in obtaining compensation on your behalf. For most other matters we bill based on the time it takes us to conclude your matter. We offer a free initial consultation, provide quotes for services on request, and can accommodate evening and weekend appointments.
