Coal Briquette Machine/New Type Coal Briquette Machine

Why is the coal briquette machine created?

In general, most coal resources in the world will be burnt directly, which results in not only the inadequate utilization of the energy but also damage to the environment. To cater to the social development and transition concept, Fote Heavy Machinery Company has spent many years in making research and innovation on the coal treatment technology and equipment and then created the latest coal briquette machine and coal briquetting plant which soon overturn the traditional mainstream idea of briquette machines on the market at home and abroad.

Application of Fote coal briquetting plant

Fote coal briquetting machines can be used to suppress various powders, scrap, waste residue such as pulverized coal, iron powder, coking coal, aluminum ash, iron filings, iron oxide scale, carbon dust, powdered carbon, slag, gypsum, gangue, sludge, kaolin, active carbon, coke breeze and so on. Coal briquetting machines and coal briquette machines are widely used in refractory, powder plant, metallurgical, chemical engineering, energy, transportation, heating and other industries. The molding materials made by the coal ash briquette machines and coal briquetting plant are energy conservation and environment protection and easy to carry. Coal briquette press machine also improves the utilization rate of waste, which has significant economic benefits and social benefits.

Remarkable Features of Fote Coal Briquette Machine

In the process of tackling hard-nut problems of coal briquetting plant in science and technology and the development and production of alloy roll, our factory adopts precision casting to achieve once forming. The materials we use include nickel, chromium, manganese, molybdenum, titanium and other alloy materials, which have the significant characteristics of high strength, good toughness, good abrasion resistance and so on, solving the problem of roll wear resistance. The models of our coal briquetting machines, coal briquette plant, coal briquette press machine and coal briquette machine from small to large are fully assembled by wear-resistant alloy with the square multi-edged ball roll, making the products of the users more convenient to put into use.
