Current Acting Classes for Children, Teens, & Adults

Audition Skills

4 week class for ages 5 - 8 years old
Students will learn about stance, movement, visualization, slating, attitude, and performance. They will apply their learnings with a mock audition. (4 year olds might be accepted into class by audition, and, or strong agent recommendation.)
Each Sunday, April 7 - April 28, 2013, 12:30pm - 1:30pm: $149

Acting Technique

4 week class for ages 9 - 14 years old

Students will explore characters and expression, using Stanislavsky, Meisner, and Stella Adler acting techniques. Students will apply their learnings through monologues and scenes.
Each Sunday, April 7 - April 28, 2013, 2:00pm - 3:30pm: $175

Audition Choices
4 week class - ages 15 - 18 years old
Whether auditioning for a TV, film, or stage, actors must make strong choices in order to fully embody the character. In this class, students will learn to make solid choices and decisions when auditioning. We will delve into scene study and master performance using Stanislavsky, Meisner, and Adler acting techniques.

Prepare for auditions through improvisation, cold readings, character exploration, and script analysis. Learn the importance of making choices, building and trusting a process, and improve your confidence and competence.
