Ciro's on South, located in the heart of Peekskill's Downtown Artist District, brings a well known face to the helm of the kitchen, marrying the history of the renowned Ciro's Restaurant and the famous Sands Hotel in Atlantic City with Executive Chief Louis Cilento's ingredient-driven sensibility. At Ciro's on South, Chief Louis showcases his philosophy in modern Italian dishes that integrate a rustic approach with his use and preparation of local ingredients. "Each dish is reminiscent of traditional Italy," says Chief Louis, "but is modernized by incorporating the freshest ingredients in an adventurous and sophisticated way."

Staying true to its original format, the menu continues to offer appetizers, salads, pastas, entrees and sides. Guests will find that dishes such as the Chicken Caprese, Rigatoni Christina Marie, and Tilapia Geovese reflect Louis's commitment to making ingredients in-house.

The entrees are focused to celebrate their ingredients with Chief Louis's unique approach to developing flavors. Dishes like Veal Mimosa capture the essence of earthiness, and the Eggplant Rollatini joins rustic fare with modern flavors.
