Introduction
Circitas is a small electrical Installation business in Farnham. I am Justin Needham, I work on my own on your property, and you get me. I am ELECSA approved Part P Competent Person (Electrical). I have an Electrical Engineering degree, and a range of skills beyond fixing your electrics.
I can do small jobs such as fitting new power or lighting points (sockets) or replacement energy-efficient lighting. I can fit and certify replacement Consumer Units (Fuse boards). I will also carry out Periodic inspections, EICR, useful for landlords and householders who need to understand the safe condition of electrics.
Garden electrics are popular for the Summer, so give me a call about wiring up your shed or garden.
I also fit ventilation systems, Mechanical Ventilation wit Heat recovery MVHR, extract fans and kitchen extractors. Energy efficiency is high on my list of priorities, so ask me about remedial internal wall insulation and knock a huge chunk of your carbon footprint.
If you have photovoltaiv (PV) panels on your roof and a hot water tank, you may be interested in using the excess you generate to heat your tank. This can be a huge resource and I'll fit Immersun and Solarimmersion devices.
I also have a wide range of practical woodworking and joinery ability, and can tackle many practical household repair and improvement projects t a high standard.
