Cinnamon Lounge captures the flavours from the North of India ' the historical home of the Maharajas to South of India - the city of Pearls. Traditionally the rich and exotic royalty of India, where the cooks used herbs and spices to induce good health as well as enhance the flavour and aromas. Cinnamon Lounge also offers earthy tandoor dishes. You can choose your food to be cooked in butter (ghee ) or olive oil.
Try and You'll love the Chicken 65 - chicken tempered with chilli and curry leaves with a yoghurt sauce or the classic Prawn Chettinadu ' prawns cooked with curry leaf and black pepper.
