Introduction
Chirmarn (Surveying) Ltd offers an independent service to survey premises for the presence of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs). We are a UKAS Accredited Inspection Body (No. 381) and our surveys are carried out by experienced surveyors, qualified to the British Occupational Hygiene Society P402 standard. All samples are analysed by a UKAS accredited laboratory.
Chirmarn Surveying Limited was established in 2004 and have since been working hard to provide comprehensive solutions for all our client’s needs.
We are an independent Asbestos Surveying company with over 50 years’ worth of combined experience
The UKAS accredited Industry standard surveying services we offer are:
• Management Survey – A Standard Survey for the purposes of managing Asbestos within properties.
• Refurbishment Survey – Required before any form of refurbishment work is carried out to a property.
• Demolition Survey - Required before a building is demolished.
Other ancillary services:
• Targeted Refurbishment Surveys – Targeted inspections of specific areas within a property
• Sampling– Individual directed sampling of suspect materials.
We can also help you produce a management plan based on the survey results or assist in any asbestos risk consultancy, audits, bespoke awareness training or material re-inspections.
