Terrible! Seaweed tasted like a pan of old oil...mushrooms were soggy oily and cold. Took over an hour to be delivered. Mushroom fried rice was like playdo.. I wouldn't give this shit to a dog..and please to the person below who said its the only authentic Chinese in the uk...u need to get out more.! This place must be run by a load of monkeys. Disgusting

Fantastic! Reasonably priced, good service and delicious food, the only authentic Chinese food I've found in the UK. Would highly recomment

Really good! The other two had bad experiences but my friend orders a lot, told me about it and its good food at a very good price. Cant go wronge :)

under no circumstances order food from this restaurant !! It took nearly 2 hours for my order to arrive and when it finally turned up it was stone cold . I asked for my money back but because I paid for the meal over the phone by card , I was informed that they would be unable to do that for a week !!! This was due their boss was the only one who has the ability to refund the money on the card and he has another business and would not be back until next weekend !!!!!!

the reasons for a 1star/5star:
1) person on the phone cannot speak english properly, i had the hardest time of my life trying to figure out mismatched/improper pronounciation of english ever.

2) i asked specifically "do you meet me downstairs of my (name) hall?" they said yes. after 1h 30mins, a guy called and said hes outside the carpark of lrc.

3) the time it takes was ridiculously long. 1h 30mins? come on, pick it up! it takes less than 20mins to take public transport there and get seated, order, and wait for food all takes 1h max.

4) the food i found were ok most likely due starving waiting for it to come. otherwise dont bother.

1star- its price is decent for take away for couple of ppls. thats about it.

had a home delivery order 20/11/11. the food was disguisting- never had such a terrible experience with chinese food. squid in salt and pepper- greasy,soggy and dark brown. mixed seafood- 2/3 of the container filled with solid chunk of overboilt rice, 1/3 a handful of tasteless vegetables with a bit of seafood. beef with veg- totally uneatable, greasy,chewy-had to throw it away! all containers were very oily from outside-have they been washed from the previous use??satay sauce was watery, and sweet and sour sauce - can't describe it, smelt like a sewage. special fried rice was ok, chicken and mushrooms, springrolls again, very greasy and tasteless. we were very hungry and ate some of every dish and my daughter ended up with stomach ache. she refused to try her favourite- duck with pancakes, still in the fridge.I don't understand how these people manage to stay afloat with their business, we have many oriental shops, restaurants and take aways in Hatfield, most are good, but this one was just abysmal. I regret that I didn't take it back, the place should be shut down and the staff re-trained

Terrible food, even worse customer service. A disgrace. Took well over an hour to arrive, when it did there were dishes missing and the dishes that were there were cold. When I rang to tell them, I was then told that food wasn't cold despite it being in front of me not her. She then proceeded to blame me and shout at me. Do not order from this piece of shit restaurant.
