Chez Jerome

Chez Jerome is a family-run restaurant located in Church Street on the way into Dunstable town centre. Husband and wife team Jerome and Lina Dehoux took over the former Italian restaurant in November 2007 and later rebranded as a French restaurant, the true passion of head chef Jerome. Jerome has worked in kitchens all over the world including America, Switzerland and Luxembourg as well as native France where he was sous chef in Michelin Star awarded La Toque Blanche. In just over one year the restaurant has become well known for serving delicious French cuisine, creatively presented in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Much has been changed at the restaurant which boasts a fresh new look to match the shift in culinary direction that Lina and Jerome have made. Regular diners will testify to the unparalleled attention to detail and quality of service that puts Chez Jerome among the finest French restaurants in the county.
