Cherish Maternity

I had ordered a maternity pant from their online store and made advance payment via credit card. This was during the last month of my pregnancy. After 2 weeks and still no delivery from their end I tried calling them up. She never picked the call. Then when I called from a payphone she picked and told me that as she can't refund she will give me something for the baby. I agreed but never got that either. Today I went to their indiranagar store and found the store closed. I was informed by the next door physiotherapy center that the store is closed since past 10 days. I have now decided to take legal action against them once I am back in action after childbirth. Feeling ashamed about this lady who is utilising the plight and helpnessness of a pregnant woman. She probably think as that I am not in a position to fight back as I am expected to be weak. Shame on her and her endeavour. Please don't order anything online and waste your hard earned money.
