Established in 2010. This business was started because of my passion for food, and the intention of being one of New York City's premier catering and personal chef service.
Founded by Chef Nigel, Chef Nigel started his culinary career at the Hilton Hotel where he worked in the banquet kitchen cooking for weddings and other Banquet functions. While working at the Hilton under award winning chefs he perfected his culinary techniques cooking a wide variety of foods from Italian, Asian, Caribbean, Cajun & Latin.
