We can also assist in arranging the move, if you so wish.

Once the sale is complete, we offer a supplementary service. We can Project Manage and oversee any building works or improvements that may be required; for example, introducing you to architects, interior designers, landscape garden designers and specialist building contractors. We have a database of organisations and individuals to service this element of the operation and can pinpoint suitable companies and services to fulfil your wishes.

We are also pleased to advise that our service extends to acquiring or managing property in the South of France. Here the UK and on the Cote d'Azur, we offer a full property and land management service covering all aspects of property care and maintenance. This service is designed to cater for houses, villas and small estates of up to 10 hectares or 25 acres in size.

With 20 years experience we are fully versed in the care of new and period property and all that is required to maintain the integrity of such buildings. This makes us knowledgeable in the management of staff, contractors, preparing and managing maintenance programmes, working to budget, client reporting, managing tenants and all facets of villa holidays.
