We will listen to your needs, understand your criteria, liaise with estate agents regarding your individual requirements; present you with selected properties; accompany you to viewings; negotiate the purchase and manage the process to its conclusion by working with solicitors, surveyors and the selling agent. We have pursued this addition to the services offered because of the successful conclusion of a 4-year management service provided to the owners of a 16th century house and its 25 acres of grounds in Surrey and my long standing association with Jewels Newton, my Figanieres-based French speaking colleague, whose 20 years experience in buying, renovating and managing property in France is now fully available to home owners. As a result, we can offer a wealth of knowledge from years of working within the UK and French systems encompassing legal procedures; local authorities; architects; specialist builders; contractors; letting agents and tenants. This knowledge and experience is now available to those looking to retain a dedicated, diligent and thoughtful management team to oversee the care and maintenance of their property in the Cote d’ Azur, whilst in residence or absent.
