Introduction
Charge Bliss was organized in 2011 by David Bliss MD. We also specialize in obtaining grant funding from the California Energy Commission for new energy management technologies like Microgrids that are Solar + Battery systems. A microgrid is a small-scale power grid typically supported by generators, batteries, & renewable solar energy resources and is often used to provide backup power or supplement the main power grid during periods of heavy demand.
