RAB holes are regularly drilled to a depth of 120 metres, and a record depth of 170 metres has been achieved. Challenge Drilling’s rigs are equipped with a heavy spares kit that enables them to provide continuous operation with minimal disruption due to breakages.
In 2006 Challenge Drilling expanded its operations to include Reverse Circulation drilling. Challenge Drilling provides a compact Reverse Circulation rig which quickly attains the hole depths stipulated by the client, with minimal disturbance to the surface ground and environment.
